September 17-18: changing and cloakroom service moved from Hall 7 to Hall 2

The room was scheduled to open early from the first train at Kaihin-Makuhari Station until 8:00; participants who finished changing had to rejoin the end of the general-admission queue. The archived page proves that the organizer published these facilities and procedures. It is not a post-event report and does not establish usage or animegao participation.

Photography was limited to part of Yasuragi Mall between Halls 3 and 4 and other areas designated by the management office. Photographers had to obtain the subject's permission and use a wall as the background so unrelated people were not included. Venue photos could not be submitted or sold to publications, commercial photography was prohibited, and personal-site posting required the relevant person's consent.1
