September 18-19: TGS added an integrated set of cosplay programs

The public-day page designated Yasuragi Mall between Halls 3 and 4 as the cosplay area and announced a Cosplay Grand Prix, invited overseas cosplayers, Coswall photography, performance slots, and Cosplay Dance Night. The September 19 closing report explicitly calls these “newly planned cosplay events starting this year,” confirming that the program belonged to the completed TGS 2010 event rather than to later recollection or secondary retelling.13

The closing report does not provide participant lists for every program and does not identify animegao or large-kigurumi attendance. The stable node is therefore that the organizer added and delivered the integrated cosplay initiative, not that a particular subgroup attended.

September 18: Dance Night extended changing-room access to 21:00

Cosplay Dance Night was listed for 18:00-20:00 on the Hall 8 event stage. The archived page marks it as finished and states that only Dance Night participants could continue using the Hall 7 changing room until 21:00 that day.2

This establishes an infrastructure extension for a general evening cosplay program. The page specifies no animegao or kigurumi act, so it cannot establish attendance by either group.
