September 26-27: the public-day baggage-screening plan included cosplay participants

The organizer said it would conduct baggage screening on both public days and warned cosplay participants carrying more belongings to allow additional entry time. Prohibited items included cosplay umbrellas, canes, rackets, and similar props longer than 50 centimetres, as well as sharp or dangerous objects that could injure others.1

This places cosplay luggage inside the year's published safety plan. It is not a screening-completion report and does not show that an animegao or large-kigurumi participant was actually screened.

September 26-27: common rules continued; sewing kits and a cutoff were added

The operational details retained for 2009 are that sewing kits were available from staff and changing-room registration had to be completed by 16:00.1 They concern emergency maintenance and time management, not evidence of a workshop or making class.

September 27: the closing report confirmed the exhibition as a whole

The organizer's report confirms that Tokyo Game Show 2009 ran from September 24 through 27 and closed, but does not separately report cosplay programs or large-kigurumi or animegao participation.2
